Social Bus Trip
The group provides a social outing to different locations to encourage social connection through shared experiences.
Fortnightly on Wednesdays 8.30am-3pm
Men's Group
The group encourages social connectivity, which improves physical health and can have a powerful effect on mental and emotional well-being.
Weekly on Thursdays 1.30–3pm
Seaside Group
The group provides engagement and social interaction through hands-on fun activities, such as art, craft and games.
Weekly on Mondays and Thursdays 10am–1pm
Senior Support Group
The group provides an opportunity to share experiences, learn about other available services and gather information.
Monthly (every third) Thursday 10am–12noon
Up on Your Feet Exercise Group
Up on Your Feet Exercise Group
The group is a low impact light exercise class run by a qualified physiotherapist. Light exercise can help to reduce the incidence of falls.
Weekly on Tuesdays 11am - 12noon
Seniors Afternoon Tea Group
Is a relaxed and safe environment to share experiences and make new friends.
Fortnightly on Fridays 1.30-3pm
Out and About Group
The group is for people living with mild to moderate dementia. They go on weekly outings to encourage engagement with others, it also provides carers with a break.
Weekly on Mondays and Fridays 12.30pm–4pm
